Whenever a customer substation is isolated for any reason, you must obtain an Electrical Safety Association (ESA) permit in order for us to reconnect the power.
Isolation requests are subject to Elexicon Energy’s availability and applicable fees will apply. Completion of this form does not guarantee an appointment. An Elexicon Energy representative will contact you to review the details of your request, and confirm your appointment date and time. A minimum two (2) week lead time for isolation requests for maintenance work is recommended. Changes or upgrades to the substation will require a longer lead time, as the design must be reviewed by Elexicon’s Engineering department.
