must address the following items.
Meter Reading - Let us know at least 2 business days before moving
out, so a final meter reading can be arranged.
Retailer - If you purchase your energy from a
licensed retailer, please also contact your retailer with
the details of your move.
Pre-Approved Payment Plan - If you are on our
Pre-authorized Equal Billing Plan or Variable Payment Plan,
you must re-apply at your new address. Refer to the Move-In
instructions for more details.
