Cable Locate / Call Before You Dig

Digging into an underground hydro cable can be a dangerous and costly mistake. It is also avoidable. If you are planning to carry out excavation work, please give us a call first. We will meet with you on site to identify any underground hazards. There is no charge for this service.

To initiate a cable locate, simply complete and submit the form below. You will receive a confirmation of the scheduled appointment by your choice of email or phone.

Alternatively, a cable locate can be scheduled by calling our Customer Services Department.

Note: : In most cases, it is not necessary for a residential customer to be home for a scheduled cable locate. However, your presence may be requested in certain circumstances. Please allow a minimum of five business days for us to schedule your cable locate.
