Conditions of Service

This document covers general services and requirements for all customers as well as unique issues for particular types of customer connections or particular to the electrical supply system in your area. Billing information and rates, special Contracts, Metering and Service Entrance requirements, and Power Quality are some of the main topics covered. It also covers our obligations to our customers as well as the customer’s rights and responsibilities for the taking of electrical supply from the power system. VERIDIAN makes every effort to ensure the material is up to date at all times, but some data refers to documents which have separate Ontario Energy Board approvals, such as rates, and which may be more recent than shown here.
