Paying Your Bill

Your VERIDIAN invoice must be paid in full on or before the due date in order to avoid the assessment of late payment charges. To make paying your bill quicker and easier, we now offer the following convenient payment options:

• Drop Box
• By Mail
• Payment by Phone
• Internet Banking
• Payment at Banks or Other Financial Institutions

Pre-Authorized Payment Plan
On the due date shown on your statement, the total amount billed will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account. Billing statements will be sent to you as usual showing the meter readings and charges.

• No trips to Drop Boxes or to the bank to make payments

Cheque payments can be made at any of the following 24-hour drop box locations:

Payment by Phone
This option is available through most banks and trust companies. It allows you to pay your bill by use of your touch-tone phone.

Internet Banking
This option is available through most banks and trust companies. It allows you to pay your bill over the Internet.

Payment at Banks or Other Financial Institutions
Payments can be made over the counter at your bank or other financial institution, or you can insert your bill’s payment stub when making payments at an automatic bank machine. Please note that additional processing time may be required for payment at your financial institution or at the automated bank machine.
